Admission Requirements

Space is limited so please note the following procedures:

• Priority is always given to full time students over part time students
• Siblings of students and relatives of students on the waiting list will be considered next
• Any public enrolment will be considered after the others

To successfully enroll your children at Young Minds Great Start Childcare Centre, please download and complete the following two forms:

Program Request Form

Once the information from this Registration package is assessed, and your child is accepted into our program, we will contact you with further information necessary to make your child’s start with our school successful.

At that time, your children's calendar for the first quarter will be required for scheduling purposes and in order for the billing to be prepared.
